Come spend a full day with us before anything is decided. No cost, no commitment.
Step 02
Use your days your way
Days run Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Come as often as suits your family — days don't expire, and nothing locks you into fixed weekdays.
Step 03
Add transportation
Door-to-door pickup and drop-off by our own trained staff, available for an added fee.

How often should someone come?
There’s no required minimum. Some members come occasionally. Some begin with one or two days each week. Others make Evergreen part of their routine several days a week. There is no single correct schedule.
That said, consistency can be valuable — familiar days, familiar faces and a predictable structure often feel steadying, particularly for someone experiencing cognitive change. Tell us about your week and we’ll help you find a rhythm that works for both the member and the caregiver.

Do membership days expire?
No. Membership days do not expire.
Do we have to choose the same weekdays every week?
No. Membership is flexible. Many families choose consistent days because routine and familiarity can be helpful, but days can be used flexibly.
What happens if my loved one misses a planned day?
Let the Evergreen team know. The day is not lost and can be used another time.
Can we add an extra day?
Yes, subject to availability. Just contact us when you'd like to add a day.
Is there a minimum number of days we need to attend?
No.
Can we try Evergreen before purchasing a membership?
Every prospective member is invited to experience a complimentary day at Evergreen before deciding whether membership is right for them.
What is included in the daily price?
Breakfast, a chef-prepared lunch, snacks, the full day of Evergreen programming — movement, music, creative and cognitive activities — personal support throughout the day, and the Evergreen Snapshot with photos and videos from the day.
Is transportation included?
Transportation is optional and available for an additional fee.
Are there additional activity or outing charges?
Evergreen's regular programming is included. Some outings may involve personal incidental expenses — for example, if a member chooses to purchase something during a shopping outing.
Is there an enrollment fee?
No. Evergreen does not charge an enrollment or initiation fee.
